At TFEntertainment, our customers always receive VIP treatment. We’re invested in keeping our customers happy and providing services designed to make their lives a little easier. When it comes to parties, we know how to have fun! The process is easy and can all be done online. With COVID-19, we are taking all precautions and sanitizing daily to protect you and your family. PLEASE BE AWARE: While renting from us you will be required to use your own electricity, and a hose for any water inflatable you rent. We do rent out generators need be, at an additional cost. All inflatables MUST be staked down on all sides. If you are requesting this to be on a driveway or a cement area, it must be able to reach a dirt ground to be staked down on ALL sides, no exceptions. If we are unable to do so, we will have to leave, and will we refund HALF of your money. Our goal is to make this process as safe and as easy as can be, this way you can spend more time enjoying the day with your friends and family!

Providing this and other great services for our customers is a great way to keep them coming back for more. Being a family of 7 we get their can be messes. Our goal and top prioirty is to keep YOUR family SAFE. We clean our equiment with family friendly products so you don't have to worry about germs.
At the time of booking we ask for a $50 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking.
Payment is due in full 24hrs before your service. No cancellations or refunds 24 hours prior to your booking. This means, any changes will need made by 8AM the day before.If payment is not received by 8pm your appointment will be cancelled and you will be placed on our "do not service list."
If you would like to reschedule we will always try our best to accommodate you! However, please keep in mind, we are a small family business and this is our means of income. If after 8 AM the day before, there are no guarantees and we do not provide refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience.
